The purpose of heat preservation of air duct conveying high temperature gas is to prevent heat loss of air in air duct (central air conditioning system in winter); The second is to prevent the heat from losing to the room when the waste heat steam or high-temperature gas is transported and the indoor temperature is raised, so as to prevent people from being burned due to contacting the air duct. In summer, because the temperature of the transported gas is lower than the dew point temperature of the surrounding air, the outer wall of the pipeline will condense. This will increase the cooling loss of the air duct of the central air conditioning system. At the same time, the condensation of water droplets will pollute the ceiling, walls and floor, so cold insulation.
When the ventilation pipe conveys general gas, the black steel plate air duct shall be derusted and painted with antirust paint, and the dust gas can be sprayed with anti-wear protective layer. When the ambient air humidity is high, the outer wall of the air duct shall be treated with anti-corrosion and antirust treatment. Phosphating primer or other corrosion resistant coating should be sprayed on the inner wall of air duct of galvanized steel sheet conveying high temperature and humidity gas. When conveying high-temperature gas or low-temperature air in the air duct, the outer wall of the air duct shall be insulated (cold insulation).
